Bravo. I love that the cute face hiding under all of that beard is now visible, and that the long hair was tamed instead of lost (also lending a bit to being able to see his face).

I'm also anti-tie-on-not-buttoned-shirt, but that's just me.

Most important is the added bit of confidence I can see on Kenn's face. Kudos to Mav and Kenn for trusting his crazy ass in this matter.

Another tie hater... ah well, can't please everyone all the time :-)

Yeah, I think the confidence does a lot for it. If you "know you look good" without looking arrogant about it, its going to create a much better affect. I think there was some initial shock, but past that, I think he was really getting used to the fact that "wow, I'm like hot and stuff now" and that's going to really increase the appeal. But also, yes the clothes and hair do look a lot more... umm...m I dunno... "respectable?" so I think its a lot easier to have that confidence. And if he gets results, it should build on that.
