That actually sounds interesting.

Having gone through my hs clothing this last time I was home, I am under the distinct impression my freshman dorm beat you to the makeover.

Sorry!

ah... but could they possibly be as good me? Ok, maybe... but could they be as bored :-/

Well, let's also throw in there that I just moved into an apartment with exceedingly limited closet space and I am working on an extremely limited budget. I mean, really, if you're that bored, why not start an online scam to get people to give you money? Then you will be able to set up scholarship funds towards your makeovers, and eventually catapult the entire thing into the abovementioned TV show, whch I vote to call "Through the Mirror", which has the cool ackronym of TM, and the shortened version of "Mirror". And, for that matter, the stores of your products and clothing brand will eventually be called "Mav's Mirror", from the "Mav's Mirror" collection...

When I worked on a sitcom last year, we spent a lot of time discussion what to name it, basing our choices primarily off of what kind of ackronyms/shortened names it would make.

unfortunately, you are way too cute for us to get a lot of money collecting to make you over. We'd need to ugly you up a bunch so that people would feel you needed the charity.

what sitcom did you work on?

Heh... you could post any of a number of picture my sister took during her "Marli just woke up" series, featuring braces, boy-hair, 80s bike shorts and mismatched baggy sweatshirts.

More recently, the sitcom I worked on was called All Nighters, and was supposed to be taped and aired on Brandeis TV this past spring. Unfortunately, due to early graduations, tempermental actors, schduling conflicts and personality conflicts, we have yet to film more than 2 episodes. I await news of our status in the fall.

yeah, but the problem is that you're cute NOW. You don't want to be guilty of false advertising, do you?

*insert ditzy innocent actress face here*

Oh, maybe I misunderstood... is false advertising wrong?

Re: *insert ditzy innocent actress face here*

well, you certainly shouldn't be admitting to it in a public forum. How are we gonna fool people. See, I was gonna go get a picture of Bea Arthur and put before, and then put you as the after pic, but now no one will believe it.

Bea Arthur??? I think you need more than a day of shopping to make that happen.

Re: *insert ditzy innocent actress face here*

I don't think you're following me, luv... I don't need to do a makeover at all. I just put a picture of you next to a picture of bea arthur and claim that you're the same person and that I made you look all cute and marli-ish from your natural old bea-ness.
