on stupid customer service people...

I tried to order a shoulder brace since I've been screwing my shoulder up pretty badly wrestling. I just got the following mail from the company I ordered the brace from:

I have been informed that the shoulder support that you ordered, is being
redesigned at the moment, and will not be available for a couple of months.

Please find a link below to the Neck Collar, which is what the manufacturer
has suggested in its place.
Please let me know what you would like to do, so I can either ship out the
product to you, or refund your money.

Uh... but I have a bad shoulder, not a bad neck. Exactly how is having better neck support going to help that? Also, the link doesn't even work.
